IATE (Inter-Active Terminology for Europe) is the European Commission’s
new multilingual terminological databank and replaces the earlier
tool, Eurodicautom. This language site currently enables users to
find translations for 1.4 million terms in 24 European languages,
including Latin and English.
EUSKALTERM is an excellent free Latin-to-English dictionary. It
serves as a multilingual terminology bank (also in French, Spanish
and Basque). The subject-based online database allows you to translate
words in a wide variety of technical areas.

begin with "q", search for "q" as the stem.
